don’t worry, you don’t seem rude! honestly, watching what you eat and exercise are what i always recommend. just make sure you minimize your sodium intake and try to stay away from processed foods, drink a lot of water, and make sure to get some kind of physical activity in every day. i do targeted workouts about twice a week and then i run for 30-45 at least 4 times a week. it may take time to see results but don’t give up and don’t push yourself too hard, ok? :)
it doesn’t matter how many times i run, i always feel so proud of myself when i finish and i really hope that everyone can feel that kind of elated joy in themselves and hold onto it
